OUR COFFEES
We provide green bean and roasted coffee with a wet hull, honey, wine, and natural processes. We selected the best coffee beans, grade 1 and specialty, and processed them in a standardized to produce high quality, traceable, and consistent products. The roasting process by the partners, who have the competence and experience to make it perfect with a fruity, sweet, medium body and clean aftertaste.

Full Washed
Full washed also known as the wet process is a post-harvest process that coffee cherries can be selected first by soaking it in water, floating fruit will be removed, and those that sink will be further processed.
Semi Washed
Semi wash is a process that the outer coffee cherries skin is peeled off using a depulper, it is dried briefly together with the sap layer which is not cleaned anymore, so that the sap dries on the coffee beans during the drying process.
Natural
The natural process also known as the dry process the oldest method of post-harvest processing, that the coffee cherries are washed, then dried in the sun, and then the seeds are removed then fermented and dried again.
Special Order
In addition to those processes, we also provide wine and honey processing on special orders. The wine processing, often called fermented coffee is processed through a fermentation process to produce a unique taste resembling the aroma of wine from a post-harvest process. The honey processing produce a sweet taste or high sweetness and balance acidity because mucilage stores sugar and acidity content and is dried in a stacked state, so that fermentation occurs. The resulting taste is a soft body, prominent sweetness, low acidity and slightly fruity, although not as strong as natural process. It is possible to request another processing according to your needs and our capabilities.
